Beat this Heat!

The minute I stepped outside today for my lunch break, it felt like a sizzling sauna with unbelievable heat surrounding me that felt like 100 degrees. First, I reminded myself to keep hydrated and I bought refreshing, cold water from a nearby pharmacy.
